Sam held it in his hand and inspected it. He had never seen anything like it, and thinking he was pretty much an expert in everything, he said, “Looks like some kind of nut.”.
He was wrong this time..
“What is that?!” Orlando screamed. The four foot long, burnt orange thing began chasing them down the street. The three boys wasted no time pedaling their bikes as fast as they could toward Orlando’s house. The thing was gaining on them.
